The Market will come alive with all things fun and fall. Music, food, vendors, games and more! Our two-day FALL FESTIVAL on Saturday Oct. 3 & Sunday Oct. 4 will include fun for all ages ...

Admission & Cost 

Armbands for the festival include all access to the Fall Fun Area and Corn Maze. 

With each armband purchased, Texas Roadhouse of Seaford is giving a FREE kids meal at their Seaford location (a $4.99 value!). 

  • Children under 2 = free
  • Children ages 2-14 = $10 armband (children under 2 are free)
  • Adults = $5 armband

What to know before you come 

Parking: Please follow all parking signs to park in the large field lot to the west side of our farm. Please look for directions from our parking attendants when you arrive. The normal store parking lot will be closed  to accommodate the festival activities. 

- Strollers and wagons are permitted. Most areas are stroller friendly, however we are a working farm with some unpaved, uneven walking surfaces. 

- Wear comfortable shoes. You will experience significant walking and some activities require stable footwear.

- Portable Restrooms are available for all customers along with hand-washing stations and handicap accessible restrooms. 

- The P&G Trailer will be onsite to provide clean & convenient diaper changing stations.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
